Annular Cutter with Pilot Pin for 2-9/16 x 2 Hole Drilling (HSS)

Annular cutters are the standard hole-making drills in the industry. Our HSS Unibroach cutters, which are ideal for heavy-duty use on-site or in the shop, are CNC precision ground for fast penetration, accuracy, and long life. The flutes run the length of the cutter for efficient chip clearance, increasing drilling productivity and decreasing cutter breakage. These cutters can drill holes three times faster than twist drills, producing reamed-quality, burr-free holes with solid slugs. They also reduce machine size and weight, while the cutting edges are resharpenable. Annular cutters eliminate the need for time-consuming, costly pilot holes and step drilling, and every cutter up to 4" depth comes with a corresponding pilot pin included. HSS Cutters must be used with lubricant.
