Annular Cutters are the standard hole-making drills in the industry. Our HSS Unibroach cutters are CNC precision ground for fast penetration, accuracy, and long life, making them ideal for heavy-duty use on-site or in the shop. Flutes run the length of the cutter, ensuring efficient chip clearance, increased drilling productivity, and decreased cutter breakage. These annular cutters can drill holes three times faster than twist drills, producing reamed-quality, burr-free holes with solid slugs. Furthermore, they reduce machine size and weight, and the cutting edges are resharpenable. Annular cutters eliminate the need for time-consuming, costly pilot holes and step drilling, as every cutter up to 4" depth comes with a corresponding pilot pin included.
